Bobby J - "The Pizza Man" makes 7 flights in one day!
Bobby J. wanted to make a bunch of flights
the first week of March with his RDM100 trike - so he
did! He started that morning with 8 flights and finished up
with 15. Bobby is doing great and is learning fast. He is
working on his spot landings so he can finish up his USPPA
PPG2 rating. Go Bobby!

Beach Blast 2010 Panama City, Florida 6~9 May
PlanetPPG will have a large booth again this
year for the largest PPG fly-in in the world. Over 250
Pilots are expected to enjoy the facilities of Edgewater
Beach Resort on the sugar sand beach of Panama City! Stay in
the high-rise hotel each with full kitchens and full use of
the 3 pools and steps away for your PPG launch area.
Even though it was a cold 43 degrees F, 12 PPG pilots came
out to fly on 7 March
PlanetPPG pilots are troopers - or addicted -
you be the judge! Even though "Global Warming" had much of
the nation firmly a deep freeze the boys went out to fly
anyway. Who said that our blood thins out when we get used
to the normal warm weather? (It was COLD! Nice flights for
sure.)
Steve and Cory attend Discover PPG lesson 1st week of March
Both Steve and Cory attended the "Discover
PPG" where the students were introduced to
Powered Paragliders in a 2 hour lesson that includes a 30
minute tandem ride. The air was calm and the flights went
well. Steve and Cory are saving their pennies to start
taking lessons so they can fly PPG!

Dale Hobgood makes "Sidewinder 2" Trike
Dale made a new trike that is very small and
light. This one is only 23 pounds and uses the standard
Fresh Breeze harness, unlike the previous version that had a
seat. The lighter version uses the FB Simonini for power
while the heaver original, 75 pounds, Sidewinder employed a
FB Monster. Go Dale!
